- Caring for local residents and promoting good-neighborliness, thereby increasing local employment opportunities and promoting local prosperity, and maintaining good relations with community residents.
- Our company is located between Xinying District and Yanshui District in Tainan City. In order to increase local employment opportunities, the company gives priority to local residents when hiring employees. In 2024, the proportion of local employees (Xinying and Yanshui areas) will be approximately 50%. In order to meet the needs of business development, it will spend 400 million yuan to purchase new land/factory buildings at the No. 10 Xinzhen Road base in Xinying Industrial Park. It is expected that the factory buildings will be gradually rebuilt and completed starting in 2026, thereby promoting local employment (it is estimated that it can add 50 job opportunities to the local area) and drive commercial activities and prosperity in the entire surrounding area.And we will contribute to promoting local prosperity. In that year, we assisted Xinhua High School in organizing the "2023-2 off-campus workplace visit for students subsidized by the State Education Department".
- NT$50,000 was donated to the North Tainan Family Support Center in Xiangzhu District to hold a "Family Support Thanksgiving Creative Market" on December 8, 2024, to give children from supporting families a warm holiday.
- Support cultural activities in local temples and sponsor NT$3,000 for the Wum Temple Peace Noodles Activity in Yanyan District to promote the development and inheritance of local culture.
