In order to implement corporate governance, enhance the functions of the board of directors, and establish performance goals to enhance the operational efficiency of the board of directors, the company adopted the "Measures for the Performance Evaluation of the Board of Directors" on August 5, 2019 in accordance with the Code of Practice for the Governance of Listed Companies The company shall conduct a board performance review annually.
